The International Center of Owensboro is the satellite office of the International Center in Bowling Green. Its mission is to address the needs of refugees and immigrants in their assimilation and integration into community life by providing employment, education, housing, and other social services.

The International Center of Owensboro not only focuses on meeting the basic needs of refugees but also offers job preparation courses, ESL classes, interpretation and translation services, basic hygiene training, and transportation guidance.
