Matthew 25's mission is to support, educate, and treat those infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS. They use holistic care and support services to reduce the number of new HIV infections and improve the quality of life for those living with HIV/AIDS.

Matthew 25 operates medical clinics in Indiana and Kentucky, providing early intervention specialty HIV/AIDS care, medication adherence programs, a food pantry, transportation assistance, an indigent medication program, referral services, counseling and testing services, and education. Also provided are support groups, housing programs, and care coordination services provided by medical case managers.
